GMAC Mortgage ripoff A BIG OLE THANKS FOR MAKING OUR LIVES HARDER Horsham Pennsylvania

We wanted to refiance our home through another mortgage company to get away from the hassles of GMAC and to try to get ahead in our lives. But thanks to GMAC giving this other company the run around and stalling on giving information they needed, it all fell through. The other company backed down and couldn't understand why GMAC was acting in this manner.

Everyone knows when you wish to refinance you need to have your home appraised. Our home was appraised at only $30,000 more than what we owe. Well I'm guessing GMAC's motto is "TO HELL WITH THE FAMILY--WE WANT THE BUCKS!"

We have a son that was born with a birth defect that requires him to have surgery every few years at a Children's Hospital. Because of my husband's income it makes financial help minimal. As if this is not a burden enough on us we are sure GMAC will make it as difficult as possible for us on keeping our home.

Will someone please explain to me how when property taxes and other things you have included in your mortgage go up our neighbors, that have the same type of home and amount of property, only get about a $20 or so increase and ours is always so much higher. Plus, if we are supposedly on a fixed rate, why during in the middle of a year can our mortgage go up when we understand that every year interest rates change yearly. Not every 6 months like our interest rate changes. Also, please explain how people that have money have no problems refinancing but the people who don't and want to get ahead can't.

Once again, thank you GMAC, and if this is your outlook on the American way...get me out of this country!!!
