My wife and I are in foreclosure and recently hired a company called GMK Solutions. gmk is forensic audit company that reviews and dissects your original mortgage loan documents in order to see if there are any violations in your paperwork. The company money back guarantee policy is if they find any violations or otherwise discrepancies, so to speak, is that your money would be returned, minus a $75.00 processing fee. Gmk did not find any violations in our loan documents and will not honor the refund policy which is in their contract.
We have tried almost everything trying to get our money refunded. My wife and I did not really have the money to start with, but, we were desperate to try and find a way for our bank to come down on the mortgage payments having tried most other resources for help. So, you see Gmk Solutions owes us $900.00. We feel GMK took advantage of us as they knew we were in pre-foreclosure, and their place of business is not in the same state that we reside in. We will keep pursuing this illegal business practice until hopefully it is resolved.

Albert, Report the frausters to you bank if you paid with a credit/debit card. Chances are GMK Solutions is not licensed to do business in Florida. Also, google GMK Solutions/Drew Alia CT lawsuit. They were not licensed to do business in CT either and the banking commission ordered them to cease and desist.
Be sure to conact the Consumer Protection Agency, BBB, SIGTARP and the FTC immediately!

I'm having this re-occuring dream. In my dream, I keep seeing Louis Chait, Drew Alia and many others, in prison jumpsuits. Ahhh...I believe dreams can come true!

Buyer Beware! Investigate The Foreclosure Law Center, Alia Law Center, Drew Alia, Louis Chait, Adam Marks, Mark Goldstein, Naomi Catchings, phh....seems there is just no end as to how creative they can get, just to get their hands on your money!

I too was ripped off by FLC for $3000.00. We are not going to let them get away with this and we are doing our best to keep them from preying on others.

If you find that you've been the victim of a scam by GMK Solutions then contact the FBI and SIGTARP both agencies will hunt them down and bring the scammer to justice if they find they're doing illegal stuff to steal from consumers.
