I ordered the ACAI Berry Edge - Cleansing Support System off an internet advertisement. It touted a free 21 Day Trial. Once I received the product and used it for approximately 15 days I called them to tell them it wasn't working and I would like to return the product. I was advised the 21 days had passed as "they counted 21 days from the day I ordered" and furthermore that "I should have read the fine print where it stated I should have paid for upgraded shipping ." I thought they were joking and asked them where I could return the remaining product? They said it was "too late for that" and again told me I should have read the terms and conditions very closely."
I then advised them I would dispute the charge and the service rep then laughed and said 'there is no way you will win this dispute." At this point I asked for a manager and the service rep stated she was a supervisor. I then asked for her supervisor and she said she was the top person and I had no recourse.
Left with no options, I commented that the advertising was deceptive and misleading, told her good day, and that I would dispute the charge.
I am in the process of doing that now.
Beware, of this company. First the product doesn't work, secondly the return policy is ridiculous and the 21 day free trial is totally misleading.

The offer that you ordered from is a free 21-day trial offer. You pay only the shipping and handling up front, if you try the product and determine that you are unsatisfied you can return the unused portion within the trial period and not be billed a thing. If you keep the product then you would be billed for them after the trial period ends. Even after your trial period ends you still have a period of time (up to 30 days from your date of purchase), to return your trial order to be reimbursed. It appears as though when you called our company you were already outside of the 30 day money back guarantee to receive a refund for the trial order you received.
We understand that you are unhappy with the offer you ordered from. We do provide the terms and conditions of this offer on the order page. Our customers must check a box stating that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions for their order to even process. We also provide the exact date when the $79.90 is scheduled to be billed on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, as well as on the order invoice. We apologize if this offer was misunderstood. Unfortunately if you have filed a dispute we would no longer have the ability to assist you with your order.
Thank you,
Supervisor
