Do not apply for financing with this company!  Dealers, do not submit deals to this company! 

I am a dealer.  My customer found Go Capital on his own and we began the sales process.  They told him he IS APPROVED.  They took a $2,800 down payment from him.  He ordered stickers for the truck.  He paid the 2290 for the truck.  He signed documents with them.  He was excited to start working at a new trucking company that had added him to their insurance policy and made other preparations for him to come on board.  We, the dealer, had passed up other opportunities to sell the truck because it was sold.  Everything was moving forward until... it came time for Go Capital to fund the deal.  Days went by. 

Then a week.  Then two weeks.  We were told multiple times by their "Funding Coordinator II" that "the funds are scheduled to be released tomorrow."  Finally an email was sent to the buyer from his Go Capital rep that goes by the position "Direct Channel Team Manager".  The email stated that they're unable to continue with the deal because they're "changing funding blocks".  Very lame excuse.  The email message offered to refund his down payment or refer him to another lender that would charge 44% interest and double the down payment, but the buyer has been unable to make contact with the Direct Channel Team Manager in the days following. 

It's clear that Go Capital never had an approval and were attempting to flip the paper on this.  They had no regared for the customer, dealer, or trucking company that were working behind the scenes to prepare for this transaction.  This company does not deserve your business.  I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your semi truck financing.
