Go Capital Pressure me into buying the trucks they wanted me to have, they gave us false information about rental vs buyimg Roseville California

In 2016 we lease 2 trucks from go capital after we were pressure. We was told that they would fix any major problems to their trucks. 1 week after getting the truck it had to go back to the shop and they wouldn’t honor. 1 truckcost 24,000. We had t0 give Go Capital 5,000 up front and 1200 for 48 months During the process I asked them numerous time what was the interest. The replied there isn’t any and we would pay back what we got from them.

The truck had many problems and it went in the shop and was told it would cost 22000.00 dollars and mine you we already have paid over 30,000 for it. I called the manager after 2 weeks of trying and getting a voice message that the number was no longer in use. I talked to Maria and explain to her and she said she understood that this was a very high rate for the truck and she suggested I turn it back in and she sent me the information where to take the truck so that was what we did.
