Go Shop and Save Fradulent Information leading to Scam Maitland, FL 32751 Flordia

I called the number given on the back of my credit card to make an over the phone payment.  I received an immediately message "just for calling today, you will receive a $100.00 gift card."  I was glad because the company gives free points, etc. by email and in the store.  I was asked for some information and I then immediately told the person, I was only calling to make a payment on my card.  He said he understood and in order to receive the card I had to make a one time fee only (TODAY) to receive the card.  I said okay and he then transferred me to someone who said he was (Alex-thick ascent.)  He asked me for my card number which I gave him and proceeded to ask me to listen to more information.  He then told me about the Go Shop and Save.  I told him no I was not interested but he insisted that all I had to do was to receive the card and use for a trial period of 14 days and if I was not happy I could cancel the membership.  Again, he stated that "it was a one time fee of $4.95 for the $100.00 credit card I had gotten just for calling today."  I said okay.  With the spill and listening to a recording as he spoke to me, the call had already taken up 40 minutes.  Once I said okay to that he started in on another spill of receiving a promotion for something America.  At that point I stopped him and told him "NO, I DON't WANT THIS TRIAL OFFER.  I JUST WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY CARD.  He qickly said okay went over the spill again and stated that I would receive my card in the mail by Friday, no later than Monday.  He gave me a number to call and stated that if I did not get the number everything would be in the information sent along with the card.  I had written down the number and told him he was suppose to give me a number after this call where I could call and make my payment.  He gave me the number and we hung up.  I called the number and it was a different number but with the same recording.  I hung up.  My bank called me the next day from the fraud department to question three charges that had been made against my card.  To my surprise it was a charge of $4.95 from each offer  (Alex) had spoken to me about.  I told the bank I only authorized one charge and only one.  The rep. informed me that only one charge was okayed.  When I received the information in the mail it was for the Go Shop and Save.  It had two phone numbers on it where to call and cancel the membership.  I called all day the first day, periodically the next day and the next day early morning and received the same message. "Do to the large volume of calls your wait is three (3 minutes.)  Then it came back "Due to the large volume of calls, your wait time is MORE than three minutes.  Was never able to get through.  Never received the $100.00 gift card for call that DAY!! What a SCAM
