Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Gogo advertises internet service on United and other airlines. What this does NOT include is any streaming services. The company covers their bases by noting this in the description, however if you are on a plane, in a rush to connect to the internet and not reading every line in their copy, it is easy to miss. There is nothing on their homepage that says: NOTE - GOGO DOES NOT COVER ANY TYPE OF STREAMING!! It felt to me like they are luring you into their service and you only find out after the fact that it is in fact useless for what your interest is.

I paid $22. for a service that was worthless. I complained to Gogo and got a stock reply that was essentially saying 'We covered our bases, so tough luck'. To me this type of customer service says a lot about the company. I am not arguing that somewhere on Gogo's page it says they do not support streaming. I'm saying that it is not PROMINENT. Their intention is NOT to warn the consumer.

I use gogo inflight wifi nearly every week and the first disclaimer on page one of the registration area clearly states "gogo inflight wifi does not support streaming video or audo, etc." What did you spend? $5 for one hour? And you go to the trouble of trashing a service that absolutely and clearly ststes what you say it does not state as a disclaimer.
