Gold Medal Gold Medal (Eric Dziekan) came out to my home two days ago started a job and did not finish the job and now I am without running water in my home. I have 3 children and one of them is autistic. East Brunswick NJ

I am a single mother working for low income.  Gold Medal guaranteed same day service for the problem that I had with my kitchen sink.  I had water damage and they referred me to Drytech restoration.  In the same day I had to pay both of these companies $1941.  Gold Medal's technician, Eric Dziekan, tries to turn on my main water pipe without the water company present and breaks it.  I called the company back and they tell me that they will come right out the next day and fix it.  The technician, Eric Dziekan comes out and claims he can't fix it and I would need to sign a credit application for $2800 worth of spot repair.  Eric states that if this repair does not work, then I would have to pay $6,000-$7000 to replace the entire line.  This has turned into a nightmere.  I lost a day of work and pay to have this job completed because I had a major leak.  I did not expect to be scammed when I needed help so badly.
