Golden Eagle Credit Corp ripoff I don't have the equipment, but still being charged almost $6,000!! Get it off my credit report! Woodland Hills California

In the year 2001, I leased equipment from Golden Eagle Credit Corp. I can't even remember what for after 6 years. But I do remember sending the equipment back not long after receiveng it.

This year my credit report was run and it came back with something very scary. It was an item for almost $6000. It took me awhile to find out what it was for and who.

When I finally called the creditor, the first
question was "How did you get this number?" It was an 888 number which wasn't listed with the address.

When I returned the equipment, I thought I was done with them. Anyone with suggestions as to how to deal with this?
