Golden Eagle Credit Corp. Fraudulent/Dishonest/ Uncooperative/ Rip off New York, New York

 I own a small online business and accept credit cards also online. Somehow this company I am complaining about was set up with my business, to Process credit cards. I never received any kind of machine because I processed it by hand online in my home.

I have seen $35.56 taken from my bank account from this company since 9/29/00. I usually expect the best from people and companies. But I just found out (from someone that I had asked to help me with my computor,) that I have been paying for a machine that I never received nor ever had.

 I called the company trying to straighten it out. The people were very unco-operative. They told me they refund nothing, unless I return the machine. I do not understand how I can return a machine that I never received.

 The company faxed me the original contract which has my forged signature on it. It had been filled out by someone else and also signed with my name. it is clearly not my writing and also states that the machine had been installed.

 There is "No" machine in my possession, nor has there ever been. Apparently a huge rip off or dishonest business practice. I am very unhappy. Can someone help me with this?
