We tried to cancel the use of their machines in October of 2008 when we went to a network system that has the card swipe in the computer keypads. We sent them a letter giving them a 30 day notice along with our signed contract dated 06/01/01 that stated we could cancel after 48 months. We also asked for an address to mail the machines to. (A total of 3) A letter went out every month after, including certified (we have the signed receipts) but we were told they never got them. Could not get the address to send the machines back either.

After many months of debits, we closed the account. They found a different company, in a different state, owned by the same principles and started debiting there. After call to bank, bank reversed illegal charges and the account was closed. Now the phone calls will not cease. We now have a letter that states we can cancel whatever contract that they have between June 11, 2020 and July 6, 2020.

It is absolutely incredible that a company would do this, or that someone would even work for them. We have given it over to our legal firm which has dealt with Northwestern, which is I guess one and the same.
