Golden Harvest Company No Refund Ripoff San Diego California

I gave and I emphasize the word gave the Golden Harvest Company my $99 on Friday, March 31, 2006. I received 6 lenders of which 5 have denied me and one doesn't take applications in WV. I mailed my denials in on May 16,2006 and have waited on my 30 day refund process.

I contacted them before the 30 day limit and was told to wait 30 days. I contacted them after 30 days and was told the accounting department would need to look into my paperwork. I thought that was what the 30 days was for?

I definatly think this is fraud and a lawsuit or government involvement needs to begin and I think it might have already from what I hear.
