On July 15, 2005 I found a loan company on the internet called Bad Credit Loans which guaranteed to find you a loan or refund your money within 30 days.

I proceeded with the application online with them, and they debited my checking account that day a fee of $99.95 (which they informed me via e-mailed the name of the debtor would show Golden Harvest Co. on my bank statement).

They found me six lenders, and of the six one did not do business with residents in the state of Massachusetts. I was denied a loan by the other five lenders.

On August 16, 2005 in compliance with Bad Credit Loan's refund policy I mailed all my required paperwork to the address shown on their website. After receiving no response and no refund I mailed all paperwork again on 10/12/2005.

I contacted the BBB of Oakland CA on 11/16/2005, and they got in touch with Golden Harvest Co. Golden Harvest Co.'s first response to my complaint was "Her refund was denied due to incomplete documents sent to us".

I sent in a Rebuttal to the BBB telling them that I sent in all the documents requested by Golden Harvest on two different occasions and also sent them several emails asking them the status of my refund.

I tried to contact them via phone, however the only number I could obtain for them was from my bank statement. When I called this number the receiver of the call answered "Golden Harvest Company and informed me they were only an answering service for Bad Credit Loans and I would have to E-Mail then at their E-Mail address which she supplied me with and it was the same E-Mail address I had been sending my E-Mails to for the past several months. Thus I got nowhere!

How an I suppose to know what documents are incomplete if they never replied back to my E-Mails. On every email or refund request I sent them there was a phone number to contact me. Yet they never did. I truly feel my documents were quite complete.

Today their response to my rebuttal is "She will need to resend all six decline notices to our updated mailing address for us to review, otherwise, by law we do not have to issue any refund for incomplete requests.

If they are not complete then I must ask why they want to review them yet again? Why not tell me what information is supposedly missing. Furthermore, they conveniently failed to supply this updated mailing address they are suppose to now have.

Thus where am I suppose to send my documentation for the third time for my refund which was due on or about 09/20/2005!
