Everyone BEWARE of GMS or Golden Moments Studio. This company goes around taking pictures at fire departments and when you purchase the pictures, (which are expensive) they tell you that you will receive them in about a month. Well it has been since February 13th. When you call the company, they do not answer the phone or call you back. My husband even has his cell # and tried for 3 weeks to call and finally he called him last Wednesday and said he would put them in the mail that day (7th), said he would email everyone and should have the pictures by Saturday, so we notified the people that we had numbers for telling them of the update. Saturday came, NO PICTURES!!! My husband the fire chief is beyound mad at this point. So he tried calling the photography and of course, no answer.So today Monday 12th, NO PICTURES, then my husband gets a call around noon today from Jeff the photography saying he put them in the mail Saturday and we should have them by Wednesday. Is this another lie, or do you believe him now. Well I dont believe nothing that comes out of his mouth.

He has did the pictures in our community for the past 15 years, but never again. He has made our Fire dept look bad. Well he has tried to make the fire dept look bad, but everyone knows it is his phony business that looks bad. My husband being Fire Chief bends over backward to make the dept succeed and then a loser like this tries to screw every customer out of their pictures. Think again if you think you are going to get by with not giving our pictures to us or our money back.

So if you see GMS coming to your door, say NO!!!! They can not be trusted. They lie and lie and lie.
