Golden Moments Studio, Portait Company riping off many in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana Cincinnati Ohio

I would like to tell you about a company called Golden Moments, I happen to know for a fact that this company is taking advantage of people all over Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. I know this because I was a customer and I knew someone working for the company. I would prefer not to use my name if thats ok.

This company goes door to door asking you to donate $20.00 to your local fire dept. in exchange for your donation you recieve a coupon for a free 10X13 picture of you or your family on a certain date. Once you have have your picture taken they ask you to buy more pictures which being a company thats how they make there money..

however they offer different prices to different customers our family ordered a package C which is six sheets of pictures and a free cd they told me the price was $114.50 seemed a little high to me but family pictures are priceless. My next door neighbor was offered the same package of pictures for $104.50. I tried to call the company to find out why i was charged ten dollars more. There was no answer at the company so I left a message and recieved no call back, a few days later I called again and this time not even an answering machine came on. So I continued to wait..

on my receipt it said that the pictures would arrive by mail in 3-4 weeks 8 weeks have gone by and no pictures no returned calls and I even stopped by the company and no one was there. I also happen to know a family who had there wedding pictures taken in july 2005 and still have not gotten all of their pictures. I know many other families who have been very unhappy with this company.

I would like you to warn the public that this company may not be the way to go for family pictures. Sears and J C pennys works just fine and come through for their customers. If this company comes to your door please do not donate any money to them.
