Golden West Cycle ripoff, run around,lie, deceptive company tricked and lied to us Spring Valley 3755 avocado blvd,PMB La Mesa California .....

I was talked into buying a banshee steering stem.I asked if the product was in stock.I was told it was.I ordered and was to recieve in 5 to 7 days.The 7 days went by so i called to ask for a tracking number.I was told the product was just completed and going to be sent out that day.I was going to have to wait another 5 to 7 days.I located another stem from a good dealer and made the order.

I called Golden west back minutes later and cancelled the order they said no problem.I then recieved the stem from them 7 days later.I contacted them and was told they had no info on the cancel.I would be refunded the product price but was unsure of shipping costs.I sent the stem back at my cost.I contacted them again to see about the shipping costs and was given a run around and was told they dont refund shipping.

I was refunded the amount of the product.I was not refunded the shipping costs.The shipping cost me $ 21.00 to me and $15.44 back total of $36.44.I would pay the shipping if it was my fault.I did not feel it was my fault they lied to me.

I was lied to from the first day dealing with them.I was unable to deal with them. I talked to John, ED, and others.The company always put themselves in the right and me in the wrong.I have a hard time proving any conversation since it was over the phone.

I want to warn people of there business tatics.The companies that have made mistakes in the past have taken care of them. Golde West Cycle will rip you off if you give them a chance.I will never do business with them again.
