GOLDEN WEST CYCLE Ripoff, dishonest, rude, disrectful LA MESA, CALIFORNIA

One week befor the labor day weekend I needed some paddle tires and wheels for a family get together at the beach, two sets as a matter of a fact. I called golden west cycle and talked to john. He said they were in stock but the tires needed to be mounted on the wheels, but they would arrive at my place in two to three days.

Well thursday rolled around and no tires. I called Golden west and they said they tires were back ordered. I told the guy that John said they were in stock, they were getting angry with me and disrespecting me as a customer and said the shipment wouldnt be shipped for a few more days, well there goes my labor day weekend.

I told them to cancel my oreder, they said they will but it will take 10 days to credit my credit card. I didnt care at the time just wanted my money back because they dont stand behind their word and customers dont come first with them.

About a week later a UPS box shows up on my doorstep from them, can you believe it they sent it anyways! I called them again and they were so rude to me, they said there was no cancelation of anykind.

I told them I was sending the box back and I wanted full refund with shipping charges, they said no shipping charges would be credited, For the loss I sent them back and guess what they only credited me back $121.99 for one set, I will be getting ahold of them and if I dont get my full refund I will get me a lawyer and take them to court! EVERYBODY BE AWARE THAT GOLDEN WEST CYCLE IS A RIPPOFF, DUE NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
