I have already won this case, as my attorney and husband were present and heard it, as the stalker never showed up to sustain his lies and falsities in that mediation. Funny enough, the docket online never showed the results, and neither my attorney or husband have ever received any paper after the mediation. Now the stalker is back claiming he was late for that mediation, just adding up to what I clearly wrote in one of my Injunction's five pages Affidavit " he is unstoppable " . But other people outside, do see out of his delusional " bubble ".

And what a disgusting gym.At least the people from the Post Office are nice

It is so very sad that you feel you must run from post to post to argue to make yourself feel important, and also you think you are showing others how "smart" you are with 5th grade math, comments that don't apply, and commenting on 990 financial reports that you don't even know how to read or understand.



I posted that report for people who are intelligent enough to understand it. So there are no worries with your post for me. :)  In fact, you helped raise the report status on search engines, so I appreaciate that very much.



Sure, others that don't understand business and spend most of their time online will follow along with what you say. It is akin to people who follow conspiracy theories. And most know that people who troll like you do, are most likely wimpy type individuals that in person, would be afraid to confront anyone. So they come online to talk "tough" LOL. :)



So, I have had fun reading your "rebuttals" as others have. :)  It does make life more entertaining. So thank you again for what you have helped me to accomplish on mine! I really do appreciate it.



People have come forward as I had expected and was the reason for my post, your foolish comments not withstanding. So keep up the good work for others too! Here is a suggestion for you.  How about instead of posting on all of these other reports that have nothing to do with your "ripoff", why not just go to the post you wrote and answer the questions that have been asked.  Seriously they are not that tough to answer.

Search for "Robert - Irvine rip-off report" in a google search. You will find all the same types of rebuttals. It is very sad.

Don't worry about what he posts. He only wants continuing arguments and doesn't make sense or use logic. ...then look up the definition of "Troll" on the internet. People like this have problems and want to feel important. They always try to display intelligence, but they fail miserably. :(

They don't have real lives, and have nothing to post themselves...so they argue with anyone about anything...searching for new posts...and hope they will get people to argue so they can feel some weird sense of control. They need help, so don't hate them.

Then you have no idea what this lady is going through! What does being black or latino have to do with anything you bigot! I am black and it doesn't matter if you are black, blue or gray! If you are stalking me I would want justice. Now on to my comment. What I think happened is this, I think that the ( Gentleman) and I use that loosely saw a beautiful woman, was interested and pushed up on her. I think that maybe the author got a little flirty being flattered but had no intentions of being anything but  conversation having a husband at home that may better catch then the gyms meathead. Meathead may have gotten his pride hurt and being the walking testosterone that he is couldn't handle being rejected. Start the stalking! What started off as fun now turns to obsession! You say she is paranoid? Maybe so, but if you are in this situation you would trust nothing. Once is got you start sounding like a nut job too. 


I have two friends that went through the same things with personal friends or neighbors and if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I too wouldn't have believed what was going on. My elderly neighbor is being stalked and harassed by our neighbor who is a registered pedo because she reported him having children in his house. His P.O is the one who told him who the report came from. That man has been on that lady's property since tearing her things. I witnessed it. Thinking that they were friends I thought nothing of him being on her property, it wasn't until I asked her if she needed our assistance picking up her fountain since he couldn't that I found out that she hadn't spoken to him in years and he had no reason to be anywhere near her house. Two people have scammed this elderly woman out of her money one is a member of my church that lived there before me. If you speak to these two woman you would think ' NUT JOB!" A person harassed, stalked and abuse sound crazy especially when confronted with the disbelievers or the corporations who just wants this to just go away! Shut up and make us richer! Give us your money but don't make wave. The victim or victims when confronted with that type of treatment is screaming in the wind for someone anyone to please see what they are seeing and please believe them and more to the point help them! So unless you have walked a mile in her gym shoes don't be to quick to judge and dismiss! My subjection to you author is the next time that his harasses you and no one helps act like a DONKEY and let the crazy lady come out! Someone like him is a punk and a bully and will do nothing when you act like him but run.

If you had just taken the time it took to write this update to actually look at that number you would have realized it was to some telemarketing company.

But just in case you are this paranoid I will leave you with one thought.  What if your lawyer is actually working with the stalker and instead of working for you they are working against you.

Just google the phone number and you'll find it's a spammy, scammy telemarketing company. You were right to hang up on them, but Lord almighty get off the stalker crap already.

Just received another false phone call and this time this man with a distinctive voice slow speaking claimed to be from some  "docdegreespot "  ( place don`t even exist ) and called about some application I had submitted and wanted to know my information. When I told him I had never applied for nothing and it was probably the stalker wanting to get information about me he quickly hung up. I called back to the number and it is a phony, probably some pay phone or phones used to track people. The number has been taken note. Together with all of the other ones,  that I do not answer, and the Restricted Calls ( time and date ). The number on the screen this time was 305 423 0968.

The OP has hereby tendered her exquisite permission for all ye, thee and we to posteth here within as we dost pleaseth. The stalker didn't show up for mediation?

What the bloody blazes is there to mediate?Since when are you required to powwow with a stalker in mediation, like its family counseling or something? OP, you are making this weirder and weirder by the minute.

Talk about destroying one's credibility. Lady, now you're looking like a paranoid nutcase.  And that's a shame if your story is for real, and despite all your nuttiness, I actually believe you were at least, in part, victimized here, either by a very crafty stalker, and/or an uncooperative gym and/or law enforcement. You certainly wouldn't be the first one to have a rough time dealing with this type of situation.

The very nature of certain stalkers is that they are very wiley and convincing, knowing who to charm and who to terrorize. It's entirely believable that this stalker could have convinced everyone else involved that this woman is the problem and not him.

BUT, and this is a major heavy duty BUT,  This lady is coming off here as a total loonie at this point, and that is hurting her case here, and we can surmise, were her case for real, it also hurt her at the gym and in court.

Lady, you need to stop posting YOURSELF here and let a legal professional handle all your contact with the outside world regarding this, because the way you come off here makes you ridiculous, instead of helping you.

And you can take that to the bank because I actually believe you may well have been the victim of something at that gym. But the credibility gap you created here makes that belief less than beyond a reasonable doubt.

This is a serious matter, and I am trully sorry that your life is so empty that you have to post gratuitous, baseless opinios about others ordeal. May God spare you and your family of a stalker, it is serious and disturbing, and has long term consequences.

I still believe you were to fast to question my credibility, as in the last two days we have researched and have not find such agressive and quick from some  " outsider ". Maybe you are just bitter and ignorant. 

I have a stack of Documents about this and don`t have time to loose with guessing games from dubious posters here, that are accusing random posters of " OPs ". You are the one looking suspicious and I have investigations going on about this, including P.I.`s, so I hope you are just some random person with nothing better to do.

Well I've been accused of being an employee many times on this site, but I do have to admit I think this is the first time I have been called a Stalker.  If you actually looked around this site you would see that I post on many different companies for quite a while.  If you also used some of your observation skills on this site you would realize that they post the reports with the newest ones being at the "top", so there is really no searching involved.

And to the other commenter(who I would bet is probably the OP or someone who knows the OP) perhaps you should actually look up to see what the word "relocated" means.

Anyways back to the actual OP.  As I said Stalking is a very serious issue, and if you are being stalked the person doing it should be held responsible.  But when you have everyone up to the State who doesn't really take action and you get off on the "Everyone is out to get me" you loose quite a bit of credibility. 

You said that news stations were interested in your report.  So can you let us know where to find these stories?  How about the lawsuit that was filed against you?  That is PUBLIC record so posting that information here wouldn't really show any information that couldn't be checked.  Posting the court and docket information could show proof for your side of the story.

I see the conspiration against you. Contact me. There is a case in your favor.

Very curious that the first Comment by Robert says that, "even though you don't even live in the area".  

That is not what is states in the Report, she says "I have since relocated".

How quick was " Robert from Irvine " to answer and atack my Report, he almost sounds like he knows this story. Or likes to defend people he doesn`t know. Is this usual to get a fast rebuttal like that on a serious case, atacking my credibility? He is sensitive to my case I guess, or a Gold`s Gym enthusiast.

The Restraining Order was obtained AFTER attempts to have it resolved at the Gym.

In any instance a woman complains about being stalked inside a facility, this is not the standard treatment she receives unless, you are right in this : " I guess they all have some agenda against you as well ". There is. There is Injustice everywhere, and this case is one.

There is more to this story that is not said on this report also, yes, about interferences from third parties to prevent me from getting my permanent Injunction, and as I said the cameras where not investigated. I also agree that it really  " doesn`t add up " the way I was treated by Gym management and Justice System. It was almost unbelievable really.

There are corruption in there, I would not be surprised if the guy from " Irvine" on the first comment is not the stalker himself, he was quick to defend peolple he should not know in a the post in just hours after it was written.

Theystalker and Golds` Gym have been removing this same review I posted in  another website.  That are more facts and interference of others, so that I was not granted my injunction and he was not charged. They are not published or named in here. But the full story is in the right hands.

You really should have hired an editor to chop your post down to a few paragraphs. Learn to condense please! It's supposed to be a report, not a mini series!

Stalking is a very serious issue, but your report has some serious "credibility" issues.

First you have this guy who is a member who you say is a Stalker.  Now, for some reason this guy has gotten other members to hate you, and the female manager has an agenda against you.   Not only that but reading through this report it does not appear that the Police, the Courts, or the State Attorney office believe you either.  So I guess they all have some agenda against you as well. 

Your report looses even more credibility because you went through the trouble to get a Temporary Injunction(perhaps you mean a Temporary Restraining Order).  A TRO is not a small thing, it means you are in fear of this other person.  Yet you are upset that the manager doesn't want to arrange a meeting between you and this other member?  The idea of a TRO to keep him away?

Then your focus seems to be on the Gym and that they seem to be responsible for this guy, and even though you don't even live in the area you are still upset that they basically kicked you out.  

How come you didn't mention this guy's name?  Is it perhaps it is not the entire story and actually identifying this person may get you in more legal trouble than just a Small Claims case?

Sorry it just doesn't add up.
