GOODWILL of Southwest Florida:

I am writing this complaint mainly becasue the person who was abused was so emotionaly distraught and bullies that she didn't have the heart to stand up after she was ignored , bashed, and then made out to be a bad employee. This women who worked in the main office at Goodwill in FT. Myers was told that she was being fired. Only after reporting the abuse and speaking up! As always this is done very, very discretely and tricky. Once you voice your concern to your boss. Then the "Powers" to be start finding fault in everything you do. very typical and predictable.

This is how most big corporations work, especially Goodwiil. After digging for over 3 years to find something worng with this employee. They didn't have anything to liget to fire her. SO they did the next best thing. They gave another woman the title of her boss and told her to find a reason to get rid of this troble maker. You see this woman who we will call "Mary" for the porpose of the artical. She made valid complaints about the work conditions, abuse from her Boss and even uncovered illegal accounting practices and cover ups that would lead directly to there TOP directors.

HR was aware and they even turned there back on Mary. Even after they tried everything they finnally came to her and told her she was stealing. She was shocked and asked them what they were talking about. They said that she had falsly fillied out her travle record. She told them her Boss ( John Doramus ) had signed off on every ticket she ever handed in and that she was told to use those travel numbers of which she used for over 2 1/2 years! She was escorted out the door and was told she wouldn't even get unemployment! So she decided to send a full page letter and report directly to the President and Vice president and even mentined several of the employe's that were a part of this.

She was told that she would get a review. That was just the BS story to keep her idel. The kicker was the Woman who made up this up went on leave of absence and got paid. The she left and transfered out of state. This is typica of the administration at Goodwill! This woman had worked in Florida for over 20 years and never even had a Blip on your resume! It's horrible how anyone who speaks up to do the right thing is made out to be a disgrunteled empoyee! HORRIBLE!
