Goodyear Auto Service Center Rude, Emberassement, down right rip off Goodyear/Avondale, Arizona

Hi, I took my 99 Chevy Blazer to Goodyear Auto Service Center to get the alignment done. They told me my lower ball joints were bad, and so were my hubs so it couldn't be done. I went inside to get a quote on parts and labor. The old guy guy working at the front desk was a major A hole. He told me it would take them about 8 hours to do the job and told me the hubs would be about $160.00 a piece and the lower ball joints were gonna be $125.00 a piece.

What kind of B.S. is that. They quoted me $1120.67 for everything. Ha. its should only take them 2 hours on each side not 8. They use air tools so there is no reason for the 8 hours. I also had an appointment to bring it in at 1:00 P.M. When I got there they tell me, sorry, we only have one guy here today so it might be a couple of ours before we can start on it. LOL, What a joke.

I went to (((competitor's name redacted))) and bought the hubs for $102.00 a piece and the lower ball joints for $15.99 a piece. I did all the labor by myself. I did everything manually, no air tools and it took me 8 hours to do the job. Now why would it take a certified mechanic that long to do that. Their just certified rip off's. Oh, and I never done this before. I watched a video on you tube on how to do it. So if your a smart shopper, which i'm sure you are if your on this site. Avoid this auto shop.
