I recently bought 4 new Dunlop tires from a dealer in Israel. After 2 months one of the tires was flat in the monring. The serviceman, a friend of mine, and myself saw no tear anywhere in the tire. We brought it to the dealer, who after five days sent the tire to the importer for checking. The next day the importer claimed there was a tear in the tire wall. None of us had seen this tear before. The dealer refuses to honor the warranty. The company has ignored all my messages and so has its European subsidiary. The Japanese partner, Sumitomo Rubber and Tire, refuses to intervene.

Never buy another Dunlop tire, ever,
