I decided to give Google Money Tree a try, for 3.98 in shipping fees and I could cancel if I didn't want it was not a bad deal. I never received a CD. I got an e-mail on Wed. 11/26/2008 with a user name and password to access the web site. I tried to access the web site again but it would not let me on. I sent an e-mail to customer service telling them I wanted to cancel on 12/01/2008. I did not save the e-mail I sent, but I got a reply today with the original e-mail attached. I called customer service and canceled my membership which was Wed, 12/03/2008. Wed to Wed according to my math is 7 days. Today which is the 8th day I was charged for a month membership of 72.21. I called customer service again today thinking it was a mistake and it could be corrected. The customer service representative told me she remembers talking to me yesterday and since it is the 8th day I had to pay for the membership and there was nothing I could do about it, they were keeping my money. I have all the documentation to prove my case. I am willing to share it with anyone who could help me.
