Google Profits Insider was authorized to charge $1.99 to my cc, they charged an additional $99 without my knowledge or permission. When I called them today, they refused to let me speak with a Supervisor. The first rep hung up on me. The second rep said the Supervisors were there for administrative purposes only and did not speak with customers. He would not give me the name of the President of the company nor send me a letter confirming that this pseudo account had been cancelled and no further charges would be accrued. What a sham and ripoff! He, then offered to refund me $47 and said that it would be on my credit card within 3-7 business days. This whole scheme is a ripoff. So, in essence I paid $1.99 for shipping and handling plus another $99 for a DVD...this should be illegal and the company should be closed TODAY!
