I received a letter and a check in the amount of $3950.00 Payable to me with the words of official check and with a PEOPLES BANK address in CONNECTITUT. It is a fake. If you call the number on the letter 905 598-6390 which is a cell phone in Ontario, you will find out that the number charges you hundreds of dollars a minute while they keep you on the phone. The bill could run up to Thousands of dollars above what the check is made out for. I am sending an email to ABC and let them look into it.

My letter had been sent to the wrong address so it was too later to claim the entire amt of the lottery. I, being elderly and disabled, cashed the check. Now I find our it is a SCAM. Consumer's Reward Program - Gordon Financial Services Fraudulent Activities - Letter claims I won 38,000 in Lotto Money and a check from Gordon FInancial Services, created under Wells Fargo of San Francisco was sent to me in the amount of $3,950.00 to deposit into my bank account. I have a friend who is a police officer and had him to investigate the check, which proved to be fraudelent. Ontario

Gordon Financial Services i also received a check for $3,950.00 and a letter. but many people on your website said there was no real bank at the address on the check, and yes there is a real bank at the address in california, i called the bank but she couldn't check the check for me because i wasn't there. i went to my bank and the supervisor told me if i deposit it wait a good three weeks before i touch it. Gordon Financial Services sent a very convincing letter with a very convincing check but was not real at all. It was a very underhanded & disgusting way to treat human beings. The letter looks nothing like you would receive in mass mailings and the check appears to be a bonafide check. My husband and I could really use the money & this type of con job is sickening.
