Gordon Financial Services I to recieved a check for 3,950.00 and a letter stating I was a winner in the "Comsumer's Reward Program Lottery". Niagara Falls Ontario Canada

After recieving the letter and chek for 3,950.00 that looks very real I contacted a friend at looked up Gordon Financial Services. She found reports stating it was a fraud. I looked at one of the reports and his Claim Number was the same as mine. (RQ-83263) The report stated the he had winning numbers that he never picked, much like me. My so called winning numbers were 2, 5,,11,16,26, and one other number, and my so called ticket number was 89074433.

After talking to my friend about the letter and check for awhile we called the local police department. Without saying a word about the company or the amount of the check the police officer was able to tell me to tell me all that information. He said that alot of those letters have been mailed out and that it is a SCAM and to just tear up the letter and the check and throw them out.
