I win dozens of these lotteries each day on junk Email but have never gotten these scam winnings in the mail. What I would do is just turn the stuff over to the Post Office and let them pursue charges. Next time you recieve a "check" tear it up and go on to other things. It is a scam. All the checks are phony. You never have to pay anything to anybody if you win a lottery and the "Moneygram", "Western Union" payment should be a warning. Quit crying. Thieves and scams are out there. Just ignore them.
