On 1/2/09 Gordon informed me our time was over - there's nothing to object to this decision after my injury last December my time with Gordon has been a nightmare. It was a matter of time, but as a owner operator what can I do or say. So I had ran a good 5,543 miles and with the QUALCOMM and licenses turned in there should have been another 2,500 they gave me 2,700 and was told by the payroll to talk to their lawyer a 5,000+ rip off at the end...sad! After 2 years this is my reward. Not to but a mention about their injury insurance company - Great American Insurance that wouldn't pay me like it said in their contract - so I never got the treatment I needed and forced me back to work to make it.

YOU SHOULD HAVE SUED THEM

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 22, 2009

End of story.

Get a good employment or personal injury lawyer and go after them at least talk to them and see what they have to say about your chances and the case.

There are ways to do this.
