Purchased a Rokets 150cc Street During from Gordon on May 22, 2008.
After many e-mails bike was delivered on June 12. I have yet to recieve my MSO but I do have a pretty garage decoration. Please check before you buy a bike from this man.

Well my saga continues. I have just recieved an e-mail from Mr. Gordon Whittet. He states that it is not his fault with the delay in the MSO. He states that it is his supplier Ross Maxson of Arrow Power Sports who is also Mark Snow and Russell from Roketa they are the ones fouling up the process. I didn't think there was a supplier since the website stated that Mr. Whittet had a wharehouse in Ontario Ca. Anyways said I should have MSO in 7-10 days so we will see. It has now been 59 days since ordering and counting

I recieved an e-mail from Gordon on July 12 2008 only 10 days after I had sent him one. I guess the respond in 24 hours state on the website is not accurate. E-mail advises me to contact Ross Maxson their importer I thought Gordon was at the wharehouse but anyways.
The e-mail for Ross was sales@arrowmsl.com I sent e-mail on the 12th of July and on the 15th of July recieve and e-mail from a Russell that they can not help me with MSO and that I must contact the person I purchased scooter from AKA Gordon Whittet.
I have already contacted BBB and posted on every forum I can find. I don't want anyone else to suffer my pain. It has now been 50 days and counting since ordering the scooter.

Quick update I have not recieved an e-mail since 6-22-08 from Gordon even though I have sent several. I assume the repond within 24 hrs stated on the website is false. I spoke with Goldenvale Inc. today they have the Ontario Ca add. that Gordon claims to have on his website. I was told that they could not help me because they do not sell to public and I have to get MSO from the person I bought the bike from. I attempted to contact Mark Snow of the same add 909-450-8530 ext 101. he is listed as the importer on the bill of sale but found this to be a non working number. I was advised by Goldenvale Inc. to contact my credit card company for a charge back. I will do this and see how it works. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had please do not make the same mistake.
