I purchased a rebuilt transmition, it went bad in a very short time. They replaced it after several months of phone calls and waiting. This one went out in a few days, after about a month they replaced it with a 3rd rebuilt transmition. By this time there was only a few months left on the warranty. now it is 5 months out of warranty and the transmition has gone bad again. During these repairs I had to wait weeks and months to get my turn in the shop. In the 3 year warranty I was without a car for nearly a year while it was in the shop changing it out 3 times. I have been calling them daily several times a day for 8 days during their business hours according to their web site with no answer or answering machine. 2 of the 3 numbers I have ring busy 24 hours a day and the 3 rd rings for several minutes and goes dead.
