I have been buying from Government Liquidation for over a year now, and have spent well over $10,000. Most transactions have not been problematic. However, almost every transaction that had to go through the EUC dept. in Scottsdale, AZ has resulted in one problem after another.

I have to send faxes repeatedly, most up to three times, and even when I eventually get through to a customer "service" representative, and tell them that I have a confirmation that the faxes went through, I'm told that it doesn't matter. I still have to send the faxes again. When they do admit that they get the faxes, they usually find something they say I need to do over, or resend because it didn't come in clearly, but they don't send this information until the filing deadline is almost over.

Because they recently waited until the last minute, I didn't have time to respond before they suspended my account and charged me a fine of 25% of the purchase price of my last purchase, and they are still jerking me around saying that I need to resend certain pages of the faxes. These problems happen EVERY time I have to deal with the EUC Dept. of this company. They never have a problem taking my money from my account, but once they have my money, the customer doesn't seem to matter any more. All the while I'm going through this mess, they're sending me emails saying that if I don't remove my items by a certain date, they will be returned to stock.

Getting someone one the phone is nearly impossible. The aggravation is unending. I am a 71 year old disabled veteran, and the aggravation is very difficult to endure. Am I the only one that is having these problems with this department? If not, please join me in trying to get the customer back into the customer service department of this company.
