Graceland University Promotes Discrimination Online private U 1997 student held accountable for 1998 policy change Independence Missouri

Graceland University accepted a student in 1997. The University Handbook in 1997 had no policy that "ONLY ONE COURSE COULD BE REPEATED." In October 1998 Graceland changed their policy. In 2000 Gracelands first Hispanic student was in her last course. The All White Staff leader, Dr. Fernengel already had a beef with the student in 1999. Dr. Vigan, her professional development teacher, told her to drop the course and repeat it later, knowing that she already was forced into dropping a course by Dr. Fernengel, head of the program but not knowing that a policy change of ONLY ONE COURSE COULD BE REPEATED took place in 1998. Dr. Vigan could not tell her how many points she needed to pass the course which was also reinforced by the Missouri Commission on Human Rights investigation by Nicki the investigator in 2000. The college then sicked their attorney on the student so she wrote a book 'CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS AT GRACELAND UNIVERSITY' First books was told to stop the publication since it was the truth and would ruin the schools reputation.

Had the student known about Private Schools and that their handbooks are legal contracts, she could have hired an attorney to represent her but she did not know and now the statute of limitations are over.

THIS SCHOOL SHOULD BE SHAMED PERMANENTLY FOR LEAVING THIS STUDENT WITH LOANS OF OVER 40,000 AND RUINING HER CAREER IN NURSING. NURSES DO REALLY EAT THEIR YOUNG. DR. FERNENGEL, MIRIAM JAMISON AND DR VIGAN HAVE ALL LEFT THE COLLEGE, SOME WENT TO WASHBURN TO CONSUME MORE OF THEIR YOUNG. THE LESSON HERE IS THAT THIS PROFESSION NEEDS TRAUMA THERAPY. WATCH OUT FOR PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES WHO LIE TO INVESTIGATORS AND SICK THEIR ATTORNEY'S ON YOU WHEN YOU HAVE NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION. MY BOOK IS STILL ON THE MARKET AND I HAVE EVEN WRITTEN ANOTHER ONE THAT IS GOING TO VARIOUS ORGANIZAITIONS THAT PROMOTE HONESTY IN EDUCATORS. MAY YOU ALL ROT IN H*** AND ONE DAY BE SHAMED INTO THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AT GRACELAND UNIVERSITY WHEN YOU RUINED MY CAREER AND LEFT ME WITH LOANS TO PAY UNTIL I'M 94.
