I have been attending Grand Canyon University for online coursework attempting to procure my Graduate degree in Healthcare Informatics now for over a year and a half, and recently, the instructors have gotten to be really hard-core about their requirements. This is concerning to me beause I have managed to hold an 'A' average thus far, but it is getting to the point here recently, specifically the last 2 classes, where almost everything that I turn in is getting shredded by the instructors for not being up to their seemingly unreadchable standards of academia.

In theory, you are supposed to be able to communicate with the instructors to get clarification of any issues they have with your work, but they seem to ignore any and all attempts to reach out to them, for some reason. The school itself almost religiously tells you to contact your Student Services Advisor for help with problems, but he is almost always out of the office for days at a time, and so that is not a realistic option. Also, if they ignore you, do not get upset, regardless of how much moneyh they are scamming you out of, because the school has very strict, anddraconian policies about proper communication with instructors, and will come down on you like a ton of bricks for sending angry messagews to instructors, no matter what they have done.

Don't get me wrong, I understand that graduate courses are not supposed to be easy, but the only feedback that I am getting seems to be vague comments about my work, and way overgeneralized statements about what I am doing wrong. My mistake, because I thought I was paying to be instructed, not just randomly barked at. I have a job, and a daughter to deal with on top of my school, and cannot spend 10 hours a day trying to get answers from the school over what is the problem. I am beginning to feel like I got scammed into signing up with this so called 'school', and want my money refunded for the time I have wasted there.

BE CAREFUL, if you are considering enrolling in this criminal organization, beaause like most For-Profit institutions like them, once they have your money, your are on your own!!
