I applied and agreed to a $2.29 charge for a CD on Grants and Grant Writing.After reviewing my bank accounts , I have found several fraudulent charges to my bank account using my Debit Card. Why I found these so odd in the first place was that I was without a computer for a month. It was in the shop being repaired. After internet research I not only found all companies under one roof but all operated by the same persons.
After repeated calls to customer service going unresolved I decided to go to my bank. And they were already familiar with these companies. We've since canceled the bank cards and are now awaiting on a written response from these companies against the fraudulent charges.
I never agreed to any other charges for any other companies in reference to purchasing this CD.

Since posting my complaint and canceling my bank cards last week, I tried calling Grant Master, I tried calling an 800 phone number that a woman from there left a message for me to call about the complaint. The number was not in service any longer. So I called the customer service number that she also left for me. I called customer service on several occasions and their background noise was so loud that I could barely hear the person I was trying to speak too. Our connection was cut off numerous times and I was put on hold several times as well. After I finally told the lady I was not holding AGAIN and that I had already been to the bank, canceled my cards, had been to my lawyer; he suggested and proceeded to file a class action law suite and that he would pass this info over to the FBI. That was on Wed of last week. I finally gave up speaking to them but apparently got my word across because today, in my email, I have received "notice of canellation" to all of these accounts. Trust me, I printed each and every one of these notices off and they are now in my file along with all the other pertinent info about this Company out of Las Vegas.
I do, however, plan to speak to my lawyer again, as soon as possible. See if he suggests we still go ahead with Class Action Law suite or just drop it. I'll not get my money back but at least I wont have anymore fraudulent charges....

I filed my complaint on 1-12-09. On 1-13-09 I received a phone call (which I was unavailable for) and a message was left for me to contact ""800-609-0689 EXT 108 for Laura from Grant Masters."
I tried back on the 14th, the 15th and again today on the 16th. The 800# has been disconnected so I tried calling the customer service number that was also left in my message on the 13th. I called this number on numerous occassions and everytime the connection was sooooooo bad that all you could hear was background noise, barely hearing the person whom answered the phone. Not to mention, we were cut off several times.
No one can tell me that this IS NOT A SCAM!!!!!! I'm calling my attorney to see (with all the other thousands of complaints I've found online) if a Class Action Suite can be filed. Anyone else up for that????
