I tried to recieve this CD that is suppose to help you write your grants. Well they told me it would be a 3.XX amount to ship this CD. I said ok figuring that it would help me recieve that grant for my business.
4 weeks later i havnt recieved the CD yet and my acount was charged 29.95. I called them asking why i would have recieved this charge considering i havent even recieved their first product. Every question i ask she tried to changed the subject. She told me i would recieve an email with the CD linked to it and she would also cancel my account so there is no recurring fees. I asked why she wouldnt refund my 29.95 and she asked me for my email address(changing the subject)
Down to the point though i argued and she finally refunded my money once i told her i was reporting her to this webtsite. Thanks for your help!

First of all I want to offer my apologies to Justin. It is not our policy to have our clients pay for the shipping and handling of a free CD and then not receive it, and then get billed for the bonus material that accompanies the CD.
I have located Justin's account and the refund he requested was promptly processed by the representative that assisted him.
