Grant Seeker Pro Inc. Ordered info for $3 online and was immediately charged $39.95 per month. Customer service extremely rude - no help. Placentia California

I ordered some info online at Grant Seeker pro - for a one time fee of $2.94. As soon as I ordered, I was informed in the email that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.95, so I cancelled immediately. They confirmed my cancellation via email, but i was still charged the $39.95 each month - from Dec 08 until April (now). I disputed the charges at my bank.

I called and called and finally got through to grant Seekers via phone and talked to the rudest man - he actually yelled at me and told me I ripped them off! I informed him I cancelled back in dec. at my initial order and asked to get an email stating my account would no longer be charged. He refused. He said I already got my money back from the bank, so what was I complaining about. He was hateful.

I finally found out that you have to go to www.cancelus.com to cancel the charges. Of course, mr ruder-than-rude customer service man didn't tell me that. But, since I already cancelled, I thought this was redundant, but did it again. I can only hope it works.
