I followed their instructions exactly as they said per their program.  I mailed off the grant application to the dept per the CD instructions.  I did this all on May 02/2009.  I have never heard a thing about it.  Its like I mailed it to shredder.  They have been charging my credit card 99.00 a month for the past 7 months.  I consider this is a scam to charge my credit card. Oh by the way, I have not one red cent of the grant money I was to receive.
