SCAM...I ordered Empire Zoysia on Aug 29, 2007, was called within 2 hours they could not provide it. My credit card was still charged and I requested refund on 09/04/2007.
I still have not been issued a refund for a charge that should never of happened. I have called, emailed with no avail.
James "Flavio" will regret this...I am filng complaints with the BBB and anywhere else I can find.
Interestingly, BBB lists them in NY, not TX. My CC co. will go after them too.
Scam, Scam, SCAM--stay away from.

I personally wouldn't order grass online. (It hurts to pass up so many joke openings) ;)
What did your contract say on the order? Maybe it said the grass seed would be shipped in the spring?
