Grass4sale.com non responsiveness whatsoever Internet

ordered grass on 03/28 with delivery date 03/30 between 4-7 PM. Recieved email at 09.31PM that grass could not be harvested due to rain and I should give one more day to deliver.

Waited for grass to be delivered 03/31 - nothing (no email, phone call or delivery). Emailed and called numerous times throughout the weekend, including Monday and Tuesday - with no response. provided overe and over my phone number as well as email address. - website states that office hours are 08.00-05.00 CST - when I called during these times I received a message stating that the office is closed.

I finally got in contact with them (by luck I have to say, since I "pretended" to want to buy instead of having a question (hit #1 instead of #3 when the voicemail cmae on). Asked for deliver - was placed on hold for 5 minutes with no confirmation about definite deliver. Asked for rebate, since I had shceduled people numerous times to help with the sod - nothing.

It seems as if they really did not wanted my biz - I'd rather go somewhere else and pay a liuttle bit more with e reputable company than referring anyone to this company - grass buyers beware...
