Grass4Sale grass4sale Decided to order grass for me and charge my credit card without my permission Internet

I ordered grass from grass4sale on a specific date. They were unable to deliver because it rained. I tried to re-order 2 more times. And again they were unable to deliver because of rain. I took 3 days off of work and arranged for my install crew. So far this was reasonable, but very frustrating for me. I told them I will have to reschedule for a Saturday when I can be there and get a crew together (have emails to prove it). And I was starting to think I may have to wait until fall because it is getting to hot to install.

So the next week I receive an email saying my credit card was charged and that grass was being shipped. I called them and emailed them demanding to know why they placed an order without my permission. I demanded that they stop the order and refund my credit card. They said that the order cannot be stopped. It arrived on a Wednesday at 7pm at night (grass has to be installed the same day it arrives or it dies).

When it arrived I called in favors from close friends who were willing to work with me through the night to install it. The guy unloading it scraped up my driveway, leaving gouges in it (have photos to prove it).

All in all, very upset with grass4sale, for placing an order and charging my credit card without permission, for terrible customer service (took 3 days off of work and waited around for nothing with zero communication that the grass was cancelled, also frustrating my installers), and for damaging my driveway.

I recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. From the other reviews, it sounds like a lot of people are upset with this company, and for good reason.
