Grass4sale,Walker Landscaping Their advertising is false and misleading. Do Not give promised service!!! Customer Service is the worst I have ever seen. Internet

I contacted grass4sale and placed my order, I was all excited. My order was placed March 3/2/07. The company promised my my grass would be her 3/10/07. We waited all day at home, no call letting us know the grass would not arrive. On Sunday 3/11/07 it rained, now our grass would have to be delayed. I would have to wait until at least March 15th or 16th.

Another week went by no grass and not call to let me know it would not arrive. Due to weather, I now had to wait another week. I was promised by James himself that my grass would be her no later than Thrusday or Friday of the following week, which would ahve been 3/22/07 or 3/23/07. I told him if he could not honor his word to cancel my order.

Well without letting me know he was cancelling my order he did, however he only gave credit for my initial order not the extra pallet I ordered, until I called and complained. He said he had processed the credit, however I have contacted my bank and they have no record of a credit from pending in any form or fashion form Walker Landscaping. It took me 3 days to even get a verification number for the credits, however, my bank still has no record of the credits pending.

Even if they have not completly posted they should at least be showing as a pending credit. I am currently awaiting 2 credits in the amount of $683.12 and $159.99.
