great american van lines liars incompetent and crooks davie, Florida

i contracted great american van lines to move my household goods from atltanta to seattle wa.upon giving them a list of items they quoted me for $ 2556.i gave them my deposit and rebecca said my staff will be pick up on nov 18th.rebecca told me how good the copany was,the clean record they have with the bbb and ect....on nov 14th ,her manager tony called and asked if they can picked up on the 15th because their truck was around the area.i told him that i wasn't ready and the pick up day is the 18th.i worked with him and have them pick up on the 16th,two day early even though i wasn't ready.two people showed up on the 16th at 5pm instead of 12pm with 5 blankets.at their request we sign all pappers before they  start loading because it was getting dark.after loading half of my list,i was inform that i went over the space that was assign to me .am like well i talk to rebecca and she told me my staff will it in 600ct and he is like you will have to call them.dial the number and they had already left.the driver said they gonna use 300cf more and i will have to check with company later.the driver was like woow this is amazing your goods won't fit in this,they know what they doing.and still i just taugh it is just a honest mistake.my two 46" tvs,16 shelvings,a desk and chair,vacuum cleaner were left behind.and that's not it.it was written on the pick up papper that my delivery date have to be dec 1st ,no date before because am living atanta on the 30th of nov.and now my price went from $2556 to $4900with all those thing left behind that were in my quote,charge $560 for redelivery fee(because they try to deliver on the 23th when we agree on the the 1st) now after delivery ,am missing a armoir,bed fixture and all my fourniture get scratch up.i just have a feeling that this was orchestreted from the manager to the driver.that's how these crooks make their money.oh i forget they finally deliver on nov 8th because i had to wait till the truck come back even with $560 redelivery fee.this is not a company to do business with.
