Great Call/ 5 Star Is a scam, in the sense of the word they have over sold the business and can not respond to service request in a timely manner. Now remember this is a company that has a PERS medical device you push a button and get help.

But I had a situation as this: On June 14 2016 I pushed the button and received a Automated response of " If this is an emergency hang of the device and call 911" . Well this is kind of self serving, If you are using the button you need help. also after this was done I received a call back on the unit and the Operatore said was I reporting an emergency, and I stated that I was testing the unit but what would have happen If I had an emergency, the operator stated " Sir it said to call 911.

The use of these emergency buttons are for emergencies and in fact they state they can stay on the line until help arrives, also why would I have a button if I was able to call 911.

Also remember you are buying this for a senior in most cases so what happens when the button can not work.

I would like you to remember time in a Heart or other emergency is very important.

There are many services out there. But I would stay away from this one,.. They have over sold with the cheap equipment and easy sign up. But do you want to get told no one to help you.
