Great Call cancelled my account without notifying me, the card holder. They claim they called my mother, but she is hard of hearing and suffers from Alzheimer's. The account was in my name with my credit card and they did not contact me. Once I tried to reactive the account, I was told I had to pay a $40 reactiveation fee--even though they are the ones that deactivated the account. Further, I was told my device was now obsolete on their system. Today, I paid $65 at Walmart for a new system--I only paid $35 for the original one. I got ripped off by having to buy a new system, when the old one worked fine. I was ripped off a second time, by having to upgrade to a more expensive device, that seems to do the same thing, and I was ripped off a 3rd time by having to pay a reactivation fee even though they decided to deactivate my account.
