I purchased two even tickets off of Tickmaster.  At the end of the order, Ticketmaster prompted for a rebate opportunity.  I accepted the offer including signing up for a greatfun trial.

I followed the instructions and mailled the rebate information to Ticketmaster.  I did not receive any updates, so I emailed the company.  A representative said that my rebate was in the mail.  A few days later I got a physical letter saying my rebate can not be processed from a lack of information.  I contacted Greatfun and they said I need to provide a receipt.  I emailed them back and said I did provide the information when i mailed the rebate info and then included the purchase order in the email.

In the next few weeks I sent a few follow up emails requesting a update on the rebate status, which each email was ignored. I ended up calling Great Fun and got a holf of a customer service rep.  The rep ended up getting a attitude, telling me I was not understanding what she was saying.  I told the rep I was understanding and she was the one that was not understanding.  I informed the rep I did not receive a physical receipt, since the purchase was done online for tickets.  I informed the rep I included the purchase order via the physical mail I sent.  The rep argued that their notes said I had to resend the receipt.  I mentioned I tried to send the invoice again through email and would like to email the information rather than sending another physical mail.  The rep argued they did not have a email address (eventhough I was getting emailed from it and it is listed on their website for support: service@greatfunsite.com).  The conversation kept going in loops, when I finaly requested the $2 refund for the Greatfun Trial on my credit card.

I will need to wait and see if I get credited the $2 back correctly.
