Great Fun TLG Billed me after I cancelled Internet

Great Fun sucked me in by offering a $50 rebate for a flight. I still haven't received the rebate and am not optimistic that I ever will. Regardless, they ripped me off by offering me a free trial period and billing me after I cancelled. I was careful to cancel well within the supposed free trial period.

Great Fun/TLG partners with several companies, offering a variety of coupons and discounts. Not sure how good their service is for those who actually use it, but their customer service is terrible. They obviously use trained telemarketers who try to pressure you into keeping your membership. Even after I insisted on canceling, though, they still decided to bill me.

So far I haven't heard back from their customer service about giving me a refund so I'm going to have to contact my credit card company.

This company is obviously unethical and it really should be shut down!
