Great Fun! They told me they didn't receive my receipt after I mailed it in for a $50 rebate. Westerville OH

They leeched onto me after I booked accomodations through booking.com. They said if I joined their service, even if I cancelled thereafter, they would send me $50 if I mailed them a copy of my receipt (which exceeded $1,000). I did exactly as they instructed and they sent me a letter stating that I did not include a receipt.

I filed a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and then emailed them ANOTHER copy of the receipt. (I know when to use all caps and when not to.)

It will be interesting to see if they willingly reimburse me, whether the BBB makes them reimburse me or whether I'm just SOL.
