Great Sports INC Scam artists, don't cover warranty, scooter delivered in bad shape, battery was junk, avoid this company and chinese mopeds & scooters Chino California

Great sports INC is the worst company I've ever dealt with from the quality of the 150cc scooter to their customer service all bad just stay away from them or ignore this report so you can come on here and write your own bad experience but you've been warned.

The scooter came in pieces when we were told it would be assembled since we paid extra for that service and it had scratches & gouges in the plastic. The battery was supposed to be the sealed type but isn't, it is the type you have to dump the acid in then add distilled water to get it up to the proper level.

This company won't answer their phones half the time and refuse to take care of the problems, they act like I should have known better than use their company so a little irony in that I suppose.

There are 4 wires going to the battery but no instructions on which wires go where & they are all different colors and the manual shows 2 wires with the red going to the positive and black to negative but nothing is shown on the green wire and the red & white wire so you have to guess or know about electrical.

 The scooter has a kick starter too so we were able to kick start the thing but it wouldn't charge the battery even after I charged it but the charger said the battery was bad. I bought a $90 sealed battery and got the thing started but it doesn't charge the battery while you drive either due to the wires being wrong or it's just junk.

I paid over $1100 for this scooter and paid delivery with a truck that had a lift yet they forgot to send the truck I paid for with a lift so we had to pick it up inside of a metal cage it comes in so it was very heavy.

 I hope folks stay away from Great Sports INC both the one in Joliet IL where we ordered ours and the one in Chino CA that ours came from and I REALLY urge folks to avoid chinese scooters and mopeds they are poorly made and not worth the money.

 They have a sister company in Chino  using an alias Sunny Powersports INC so avoid them like the ebola virus, good luck and save up for an american or japanese made moped or scooter.
