Very dissappointed with the roof work this company provided for us. They couldn't line up the shingles in the areas that they replaced. We had multiple leaks after the first rainstorm. After they finished initially, we received a bill much higher than the original estimate. The owner: Mark Andrews is quite the bully. There was substanial pushback from him in regards to us holding him accountable for fixing what he screwed up. It almost came to the the point of legal threats from Mark when we continued to implor him to get our roof fixed. My husband wasn't swayed by this and did eventually get Mark to fix the leaks after a few heated discussions.
In the end, the leaks have stopped, but our roof looks awful and we were grossly overcharged for what we received. We were very happy to get Mark off our property. My husband and I have seen numerous similar customer reviews that very similar experiences with Mark -there is definitely a pattern with this outfit. We also noticed there are pending lawsuits with Mark from his previous company: Andrews Maintenance and restoration, which had its license suspended. All of this information is on the Labor and industries of Washington website -using the contractor verification tool. We wanted to bring our experiences and findings with this company to the attention of future clients.

Really Mark. How do you justify sexual abuse? Let me give you an easy answer: You cant.
It sure looks like you have a history of it too. There are no welcome places for convicted sex offenders Mark.

This is Mark Andrews -owner of Greater Spokane Construction. I've been thinking about this for a while, and it's more of a man to just stand up and tell you the facts straight. We did the roof job for these people -who were a pain in my rear from the getgo.
I've never been nagged so much in my life with their nitpicking on every shingle we put up. To be honest, these people deserve the leaks they had on their roof after we were finished. It's really carma at work. We decided to help them no further because of the insessent nagging we got day in and day out. We knew there was a problem with the roof and had plans to come back and fix it, but they wouldn't stop calling and emailing. These people don't realize that we have other jobs and it's not just about them.
It reached a point to where we had to have our legal counsil give them a lawsuit letter to get them off our backs.
This client is another example of a lousy customer, which we have to deal with almost every day. I wouldn't want to go back on their property anyway. Maybe they should learn something from this.
The stuff with Labor and industries are all lies. These people have been trying to ruin my business from the start. Decide for yourself if you want to believe the badmouthing they do to small businesses on their website.

To the great people of Spokane and surrounding areas, I am speaking for the company referenced in this false report. The individual, Jared G. Who filed this report and at least 20 other false reviews on the Internet, is not a customer we have ever worked for. We are happy to provide client lists and prove he is a fraud who was mad at his neighbor, for whom we did build a fence for, and he decided to punish us for his neighbors actions. We trust that the great people of our community will see this review and others with the same format, language, style and content, for what they are, an attempt to hurt a good business with a good reputation . We have a long track record of delivering great results and a great experience. Thank you Spokane for your continued support and trust
