Contacted company within a couple of hours after a family member bought $7500 worth of cards and asked them to refund. Numbers had not been scratched off, I did it with the customer service rep that night. She said refund was authorized and should be received in about 12 business days. 15 days passed, no refund. Called for status, " no one knew anything about it. Same run around again, another 15 days have passed. Called again, "refund was stopped by someone", they now want me to fax copies of all cards and receipts. Went to the store tonight, spent another $8 to fax the info, came home and called to confirm they had the fax in hand. Again no one could confirm receipt even though I had the confirmation with the exact time.

If I don't have my full refund in hand in 12 days, I will start with the Attorney General offices in CA and TX. Then I will wear out the corporate office of Walmart, as to why they continue to do business with this group of criminals.
