Ordered $50 worth of Products, they sent me two small batteries.  You cant call customer service on weekends and their live chat can't even review your orders.  Now I have to spend MORE MONEY to make up for their mistake... even if they compensate me, I need to spend money on nicotine products until their shipment arrives.  Here's my only customer service experience that I can prove:

 

Green Smoke Electronic Cigarettes Absolutely horrific... of all products, you mess with people's addiction to Nicotine? You cannot possibly think its ok for those of us who rely on your products for nicotine to not only get screwed out of your product, charged $50 for you to mail me nothing, but THEN EXPECT me to order another pack in order to use a coupon code?
And you can't even call a live person on a Saturday... I'll be heading out to my local E-Cig store now and spend MORE MONEY there... thanks FOR NOTHING GREENSMOKE.COM

Mary: Your order will not ship out until at least Monday as our shipping department is closed on the weekend. Expedited service means this will arrive to you within 2 business days once shipped. That will go out via Priority Mail. 
You: I'll call Monday to verify. 3 packs and a charger. 
Mary: Sure! You may certainly do so. 
You: Of all the businesses in the world to ruin customer service.... Don't do it with nicotine. Know your customer base with your producy
